LAWS & RULES  of  DUNVEGAN

~  Laws are in character (IC), administered by the Administrators and the Magistrate(s) and law enforcement personnel she appoints.

~  Rules are out of character (OOC) administered by the Administrators and Moderators she appoints.

~  These laws and rules apply to all areas of DUNVEGAN sim,


LAWS:

1)   DUNVEGAN governance is not democratic. The decision of the Administrator on any and all matters is final, there is no appeal.

All laws are enacted by the Administrator and enforced by her and her delegates who act with her authority.

2)   Those who breach the laws of DUNVEGAN can expect ejection and/or a permanent ban.

3)   The Administrator may at her discretion decide to convene a Gorean court of law to deal with any lawful charges.

4)   Normal standards of Gorean behavior appropriate to a role are expected to be observed.

5)   Normal standards of Gorean dress appropriate to a role are expected in public places though Free Women are NOT required to wear veils on Gorean Campus.

6)   Assault of any kind on any free person is a crime.

7)   Forcible rape is a violation of a slave's stated restrictions and is an offense ((and the girl will tp away))

8)   Entering a private residence without permission is a crime.

9)   Theft or willful damage of DUNVEGAN property is a crime.

10)   All slaves wearing a DUNVEGAN collar are the property of DUNVEGAN and owned by the Administrator and responsible to the Administrator and her designates.

11)   All DUNVEGAN slaves are sexually & travel restricted with permission of Administrator.

12)   DUNVEGAN is a Role Play community.  There will be no public sexual activity and public nudity is discouraged.

13)   The Administrator is a Free Woman, all slaves are expected to tower as a default position on DUNVEGAN,  and DUNVEGAN owned slaves are expected to tower as default position on SL Gor.

14)  Recruitment of Free or slaves, for any purpose, on DUNVEGAN property or using DUNVEGAN communications is very strictly prohibited and offenders may be banned.


RULES:

1)   Linden Labs 'Terms of Service" are in effect and will be adhered to on DUNVEGAN

2)   Moderator's decisions are final, in exceptional circumstances, an appeal can be made to the Administrator.

Appeals must be made in writing (NC to a Moderator) with all appropriate unedited evidence.

3)   Those who breach DUNVEGAN rules can expect ejection and/or a permanent ban.

4)   The sim is no combat, no force-collaring and no abduction.

5)   There is no need for GM meters on DUNVEGAN except during combat training and then meters will be set to arena mode.

6)   DUNVEGAN a a roleplay community focusing on medical roleplay and learning.  Rude or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated, including in group chat facilities.

7)   Griefing, willful damage or depositing of prims will be reported to Linden labs and may cause ban.

8)   Teachers are in control and responsible for their classroom & courses.  Anyone disrupting or disturbing a class will be immediately ejected, by a moderator, upon request of the teacher.  Administrator needs to be made aware of the circumstances of any such ejections.

9)   'Tip Jars'  may be installed for DUNVEGAN teachers and performers.  Donations received are automatically sent at the ratio of 66% to the teacher/performer and 33% to the sim.

10)    Any and all public items built or rezzed on the sim, must be sold to and become property of sim owner (ElspethMacLeod) or they will be returned to owner.
